Unlike a lot of other Foxing songs, they seem to be utilizing loops/overdubs so that some of these parts,
specifically the first two written, seem to repeat throughout the song despite other guitar parts entering.

to me, this sounds like a guitar loop on the DL4 sped up to x2 speed. If you  want an approximation of that

For the outro, keep the loop going, and end the heavily distorted guitar on an F and let the gain ring out
as you play the chords once each.
