I personally just play a simplyfied version at the moment where I use my thumb to alternate between
the A and E strings while using index, middle and ring finger to play the D G B strings.
Basicly how I play it is A String -> DGB -> E string-> DGB and repeat unless you play the D in which
case I play D -> DGB -> A string -> DGB.
Do keep in mind that this is a simple version just to give people some idea of the base progression of the
tune, in the end just experiment and have fun with the strumming!
